The aim of the two-year Erasmus+ project SINCERE (Seniors Inclusion via Entrepreneurship and Return to Employment) is create a program to develop entrepreneurship capacities and job opportunities for unemployed seniors, based on transversal competences. The main objective is to explore the possibilities of resumption of activity for unemployed seniors. If reskilling is often mandatory for that population does that necessarily mean finding a job or why not creating a job? What are the key success factors for seniors’ inclusion? Why investing so much on apprenticeship or VET if we finally neglect the point of arrival, the last 10 years of employment. Last employment years should be the culmination of all the achievements and satisfaction drawn from the work experience, not a social and economic difficulty!
